PY7680H is a single-component, reactive polyurethane (PUR) hot melt adhesive that exhibits excellent adhesion properties on plastics, metals, glass, and composites. This product is applied by heating and cures naturally at room temperature. It has a moderate viscosity, making it suitable for automated production lines. USAGE

1. Remove dust, moisture, oil and other substances on the bonding surface to keep it clean. 

2. Preheat with a compatible heating device before dispensing glue. It is recommended to preheat at 130°C for 20 – 30 minutes. 

3. Heat dispensing glue with a compatible heating device. It is recommended that the heating temperature does not exceed 180°C. 

4. After dispensing glue, assemble and hold pressure until initial fixation within the open time. The holding pressure time shall be determined through specific experiments according to the actual product design and working conditions. 

5. To ensure the normal performance of the product, the glue that has solidified due to shutdown and cooling during dispensing operation cannot be reheated and reused.
